The Hostel functions as per the opening / reopening dates of the colleges as fixed by the Universities concerned. The Hostel runs till the end of the examinations or Semesters provided the required number of Boarders continue till the end. If not the mess will be closed and a special mess will be arranged on request.

Students have to vacate their rooms before going home on vacation. However, if they are likely to join the hostel next year also, they may keep their belongings in 2 or 3 identified rooms before leaving for vacation and can collect them after their return. However hostel officials are not responsible for their costly articles.

Should any one leave the Hostel during term or sent out for any reason, the amount paid towards Caution Deposit and Mess Advance will be refunded after adjusting any fines, dues, penalties etc., due from him/her to the Hostel.
