Note : The fees are subject to revision by the Management

- The Identity Card issued at the time of admission to the Hostel SHALL BE RETURNED ALONG WITH VACATING LETTER. If they fail to do so, a penalty of Rs.300/- for I.D. Card shall be collected.
- The appointment of required staff shall be made by the Management only

Boarders who fail to make payment before the due date, will incur a fine Rs.20/- per day.Boarders who fail to pay the charges on or before the last working day of that month are not eligible to stay in the Hostel. If they continue to stay in the Hostel without vacating, a fine of Rs.250/ per day shall be charged without giving any notice.
No separate intimation will be sent to the Boarder’s Parent / Guardian either by post or telegraphically. It shall be the responsibility of the Boarder’s Parent / Guardian to see that the Hostel mess charges etc., are paid well in time before the last date to avoid fines, etc.
Drafts are to be drawn in favour of the Sri Vishnu Educational Society Hostel, A/c. No.17152, Bhimavaram on Indian Bank. Cheques are not accepted.
All kinds of payment shall be made directly to the Indian Bank located in the SVES Campus. No cash shall be received by the Hostel authorities under any circumstances.
All the Boarders shall open Savings Bank Accounts in the Indian Bank, SVES Centre, and give their account numbers to the Hostel Office. All refunds shall be made by the Hostel Authorities directly to the Boarder’s account in the same bank. No cash payments shall be made to any Boarder or Parents under any circumstances.
If any payments are made to any Boarder or to the Hostel employees, the management shall not be responsible for such illegal payments. No action or enquiry shall be made by the Management or by the Warden for such transactions.
