One of the main responsibilities of the TAP Cell is to motivate, and prepare students for interviews at prospective workplaces. Careful and systematic preparation is initiated and sustained. Mock Aptitude Tests, Group Discussions and Personality Development Tests are conducted by professionals.

A separate library is established in the TAP cell with a large collection of books ralated to soft skills etc. A number journals and news papers are also subcribed for library.

Many books are available in the main library to help students prepare for interviews. Interviews and group discussions are conducted by arrangement with the help of M\s ENSINE.

Integrated Development: Our highly qualified and dedicated faculty, discipline, individual attention, stress on good communication skills, seminars to infuse self-confidence ensure an integrated development of personality.

English Language Laboratory: It is established in the college to improve the communication skills and also help in their preparation for employment and admission to foreign Universities.

GRE/TOEFL Coaching is arranged to the students in the evenings and holidays.

Ensine Programme: The programmes on personality development and communication skills etc. conducted by M/s. Ensine are found to be very beneficial in placements.

Student Counselling Scheme : Students are given individual attention through “Student Counselling Scheme” and are encouraged to improve their academic performance and to participate in extra curricular activities. Through this scheme, parents are periodically informed of their wards’ progress in the Institute.
